Note: This policy complements your statutory rights (e.g., right of withdrawal, warranty) without limiting them.

1. Statutory right of withdrawal (14 days)

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the goods. Details and a sample withdrawal form can be found in our cancellation policy . This policy does not replace your statutory rights.

2. Returns – Requirements

  • The goods must be returned unworn, unused, undamaged and – where reasonable – in the original packaging with all accessories.
  • Please keep the shipping receipt for the return until the refund is fully processed.
  • Returns without prior contact may cause delays.

3. Return process – how it works

  1. Please contact our customer service at kundenservice@clubeboss.com with your order number, item(s) and reason for return.
  2. You will then receive the return instructions (including the return address) via email.
  3. Please return the goods to us within 14 days of your return notification.
  4. After receiving and inspecting the goods, we will inform you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

4. Return shipping costs

Unless otherwise agreed or required by law, you will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • We will initiate the refund no later than 14 days after receiving the return or proof of its dispatch – whichever occurs first.
  • Depending on the payment service provider, additional processing times may apply.

6. Exchange

A direct exchange is possible, subject to availability. Please contact us in advance at kundenservice@clubeboss.com . Alternatively, we will refund the purchase price after the item is returned, and you can reorder the desired item.

7. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Should any items be damaged, defective, or delivered incorrectly, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo/video evidence at kundenservice@clubeboss.com . Depending on the situation, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

8. Non-refundable items

  • Used, washed, clearly worn or damaged items (unless the defect already existed upon delivery).
  • For hygiene reasons: unsealed hygiene, cosmetic or body contact products.
  • Personalized goods or goods manufactured according to customer specifications.
  • Digital content will only be processed after execution has begun with your explicit consent.
  • Gift cards/vouchers (unless otherwise regulated by law).

9. Undeliverable or uncollected shipments

If shipments are returned to us due to incorrect address information, non-acceptance, or failure to collect, we may charge shipping costs for redelivery. Refunds will be issued less incurred shipping costs, where legally permissible.

10. Delivery Times & Delays

Our standard delivery time is 5–12 business days . We will inform you by email of any delays. The delivery time does not affect your statutory rights, including your right of withdrawal and warranty.

11. Refund differences

For discounted or promotional items, the actual purchase price paid will be refunded. Shipping costs will only be refunded if legally required or if the entire order has been returned as part of the cancellation process.
